1.- Organizing company
The company iunatural with registered office at Via Dos Castillas, 33, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón - Madrid with CIF B88136825, is organizing a GIVEAWAY called Marie Claire Pack.
2.- Dissociation from Instagram
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user completely disassociates himself from Instagram and is aware that he is providing his information to the Iunnatural company and not to Instagram. The information you provide will be used to manage the contestant's participation, to communicate the prize and for commercial uses of the company, not transferring the data to third parties.
3.- Object and mechanics of the draw.
The draw consists of participating with a comment on the publication of the Inatural company profile on Instagram (@ iu.natural) that includes the hashtag #iunamigo and tagging an Instagram profile different from the participant. The only requirement to be part of the draw is to follow the profile of Iunatural; @ natural iu.
There is no limited number of entries but it will be necessary for the same participant to tag a different user in each comment with which they participate.
Participations that do not meet the promotion requirements will be eliminated.
4.- Duration and Scope
The activity has no geographical restrictions and the start date will be Monday 11 of November from 2019 at 12: 00 hours, ending the November 17 of 2019 at 23: 29 hours
5.-Requirements to participate
All people who have a real profile on Instagram can participate in the Promotion. They must actively participate in the draw according to the mechanics set forth in this document
The employees of the Iunatural company or their relatives and fraudulent profiles cannot participate.
Participation in the Sweepstakes implies the transfer and express authorization of all intellectual property and image rights over the participations, so that the participant gives the Iunatural company the rights of exploitation of intellectual, industrial and / or image nature that may correspond or derive from the shares sent to participate in the Sweepstakes
6.- Selection of the winner, substitutes, communication and delivery
On Monday, November 18, a random drawing will be held to designate the winner.
The result will be videotaped and published on Iunatural's Instagram profile.
Both the winning participant and the tagged person will be entitled to a Marie Clarie pack. In the event that the winner has participated more than once, it will be he or she who decides with which friend or friend they want to share the second pack (under no circumstances may they request as many pack units as the total number of friends labeled in the sum of their shares)
If it is not possible to contact the winner within 48 hours from the first attempt of contact, or waive the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reservation, the former losing his right to claim the prize. 8.- Reservations and limitations
It will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs, when the alleged use of independent applications to the Website is detected; the realization of an abuse of queries to the server and all those behaviors that can be apparently abusive and / or malicious.
The verification of any of these circumstances during the draw will mean the automatic disqualification of the draw as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.
