- Combination with the sun: If you're going to be in the sun, always apply your broad-spectrum sunscreen first and let it absorb. Only apply oil on top if the manufacturer indicates that it's compatible and won't degrade the sunscreen.
- After sun exposure: It can provide nutrition at the end of the day, as long as the skin is not burned, irritated, or inflamed.
