How it works on the skin

Titanium dioxide is a mineral filter: its particles remain on the skin's surface and reflect, scatter, and absorb some of the ultraviolet radiation (UVB and UVA) before it penetrates. It is in nano form, as indicated on the official label with the word [nano]: the reduced particle size allows the cream to spread more easily and leaves less of a white cast.

Coconut oil and shea butter soften the skin and help the cream glide on, glycerin helps maintain hydration, and Gelidium sesquipedale extract (Alga-Gorria®) and vitamin E protect the formula from oxidation.

Sunscreen forms a layer of filters on the skin that reduces the amount of ultraviolet radiation that reaches it. None offer complete protection, nor do they replace shade and clothing. However, applying it in sufficient quantity and reapplying it frequently can help protect children's skin during sun exposure.

application instructions

Apply a generous and even amount to the child's face and body before sun exposure.

• Reapply frequently, at least every 2 hours and always after bathing or towel drying.
• Don't forget your ears, the back of your neck, the instep, and your shoulders.
• Always complete it with a t-shirt, hat, sunglasses and eye shadow.

Precautions: Do not stay in the sun for extended periods, even while using sunscreen. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Overexposure to the sun is a major health risk. Applying an insufficient amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Avoid sun exposure between 12 pm and 4 pm, or protect yourself with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. No sunscreen offers complete protection. Do not expose children under 3 years of age to direct sunlight: protect them with clothing, a hat, and shade. Suitable from 6 months.
