How it works on the skin
The filters in this formula are minerals: zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. These are particles that remain on the skin's surface and reflect, scatter, and absorb some of the ultraviolet radiation (UVB and UVA) before it penetrates. They are in nano form, as indicated on the official label with the word [nano]: the reduced size of the particles allows the cream to spread more easily and leaves less of a white cast.
Jojoba oil, jojoba esters, and beeswax give the stick its solid texture and form a film that adheres to the skin. Gelidium sesquipedale extract (Alga-Gorria®) and vitamin E protect the formula from oxidation.
Sunscreen forms a layer of filters on the skin that reduces the amount of ultraviolet radiation that reaches it. None offer complete protection, nor do they replace shade and clothing. However, applying it in sufficient quantity and reapplying it frequently can help protect the most exposed areas during sun exposure.
Ingredients and active ingredients of the formula
These are the most relevant components of the formula:
- Zinc oxide [nano] and titanium dioxide [nano]: mineral sunscreens.
- Organic jojoba seed oil and beeswax: They give a solid texture and protect the skin.
- Jojoba esters: They soften the skin.
- Gelidium sesquipedale extract (Alga-Gorria®): red algae from the Basque coast.
- Tocopherol (vitamin E): protects the formula against oxidation.
Their role is cosmetic: they protect and care for the skin during sun exposure.
How to use and features

Apply the stick generously and evenly to the most exposed areas before sun exposure.
- Ideal for nose, ears, cheekbones, lips, tattoos and small areas of more delicate skin.
- Reapply frequently, at least every 2 hours and always after bathing, sweating or toweling off.
- Do not apply it to open wounds.
Precautions: Do not stay in the sun for extended periods, even while using sunscreen. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Overexposure to the sun is a serious health risk. Applying an insufficient amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Avoid sun exposure between 12 pm and 4 pm, or protect yourself with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. No sunscreen offers complete protection. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. Contains beeswax. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. For external use only.
