The formula combines a main surfactant with other milder ones (sodium cocoamphoacetate, cocamidopropyl betaine, and decyl glucoside). This combination allows for the removal of oil and dirt from the scalp with a more moderate detergent power, making frequent washing less harsh on the hair fiber.
