Sodium coco-sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine, and decyl glucoside bind to dirt and oil on the skin's surface, allowing them to be rinsed away. Combining a primary surfactant with milder ones moderates the cleansing power, which is important in a product used multiple times a day.
