How it works on the skin
Glycolic acid is a very small alpha hydroxy acid (AHA). It acts on the bonds that hold dead skin cells together in the outermost layer of the skin, facilitating their removal: it's a chemical exfoliation. By removing these cells, the surface becomes smoother, the skin appears finer, and light reflects more evenly, restoring radiance to dull skin.
The cream's base (triglycerides, isohexadecane, and dimethicone) provides emollience: it fills in the micro-irregularities of the skin's surface and limits water loss, which is important for dry skin that is also exfoliating. Propylene glycol acts as a humectant.
A topical product works on the surface of the skin. It does not alter the internal structure and is not equivalent to a professional cosmetic procedure. However, consistent use can help dry skin appear smoother, more even, and more radiant, with a softer feel.

To apply it without irritating the skin:
- Start applying it at night, on alternate days, on clean, dry skin.
- Apply a thin layer to the face, avoiding the eye area, lips, and sides of the nose.
- If the skin tolerates it well, gradually increase the frequency.
- In the morning, always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Contains a high concentration of glycolic acid (AHA). Introduce gradually, do not combine with other exfoliants or retinoids without professional advice, and use sunscreen daily during treatment and for one week afterward. A slight tingling sensation upon application is normal; if intense redness or persistent stinging occurs, rinse with water and discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, broken, or recently waxed skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Contains the fragrance allergens hexyl cinnamal, benzyl salicylate, linalool, alpha-isomethyl ionone, hydroxycitronellal, and limonene. For external use only.
