How it works at the root
Methyl nicotinate is a topical vasodilator: when applied, it dilates the small blood vessels in the skin and increases blood flow to the area for a few minutes. This is why it's normal to feel some warmth and slight redness of the scalp, which disappears quickly.
Salicylic acid and ammonium lactate loosen flakes and excess sebum around the roots. Panthenol, pyridoxine, and biotin condition the hair and scalp, while aloe leaf juice provides hydration. Menthol creates a cooling sensation on the skin. The hydroalcoholic base evaporates quickly and leaves no greasy residue.
A topical product acts on the surface of the skin. It does not alter the internal structure and is not equivalent to a professional cosmetic procedure. However, consistent use can help keep the scalp clean and hair looking healthier with continued use. How to use it:
- Apply 10 to 15 sprays directly onto the roots of your hair.
- Massage gently, preferably at night.
- Wait at least 2 hours before washing your hair.
- When you notice improvement, reduce the application to every other day.
Contains menthol: may produce a tingling or intense cooling sensation on the scalp. Methyl nicotinate may cause redness and a burning sensation for a few minutes; if the reaction is severe or persists, discontinue use. Contains salicylic acid (BHA): introduce gradually, do not combine with other exfoliants, and if the skin of the face or neck is exposed to the sun, protect it daily during treatment and for one week afterward. Contains alcohol: do not apply to a broken or irritated scalp. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only.
