How to protect the skin
UVB radiation causes sunburn, while UVA radiation penetrates deeper into the skin. Children spend a lot of time outdoors and their skin burns more easily, so they need very high protection against both types of radiation.
Zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are mineral filters: particles that reflect and scatter ultraviolet radiation on the skin's surface. They are generally better tolerated by sensitive skin than chemical filters. Almond oil, aloe vera, and glycerin prevent the skin from drying out, and calendula extract completes the formula. Like all mineral filters, it may leave a slight white cast.
A topical product works on the surface of the skin. It does not alter the internal structure and is not equivalent to a professional cosmetic procedure. However, consistent use can help keep children's skin well protected during outdoor play, provided you apply a sufficient amount and reapply frequently. No sunscreen is a substitute for shade, a hat, and appropriate clothing.

How to use it:
- Apply a generous, even layer to dry skin, on all exposed areas.
- Wait a minute before dressing the child or letting them into the water.
- Reapply every 2 hours and always after bathing, sweating or toweling off.
- At night, remove it with a gentle cleanser.
Do not stay in the sun for extended periods, even while using sunscreen. Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. For babies under 6 months, the best protection is to avoid direct sun exposure. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
