How color develops
Self-tanners do not act on melanin, the pigment that the skin produces in response to sunlight. Their mechanism is different: dihydroxyacetone (DHA) and erythrulose, two sugars, react with amino acids in the outermost layer of the skin and form brown pigments.
This reaction takes a few hours to complete, which is why the color appears gradually, becoming visible between 4 and 6 hours after application. Erythrulose develops more slowly than DHA and helps to create a more even tone.
Because the color remains on the outer layer, it gradually fades as the skin renews itself, usually within a few days. Soybean, sunflower, and macadamia oils, along with glycerin, ensure even distribution and leave the skin feeling soft.
Exfoliating your skin beforehand and moisturizing elbows, knees, and ankles helps prevent color buildup.

- Prepare the skin: Exfoliate beforehand and apply to clean, dry skin.

- Repeat: to intensify or maintain the tone.
The tan obtained with this product does not protect you from the sun: always use sunscreen if you will be exposed to the sun. Avoid contact with eyes, eyebrows, and hair. Contains limonene, linalool, geraniol, citronellol, citral, coumarin, eugenol, and benzyl benzoate, which may cause reactions in sensitive individuals.
