How to care for dry feet
The skin on the feet, especially the heels, has a thicker surface layer and few sebaceous glands. With friction and pressure from footwear, it dries out, hardens, and can crack.
This cream combines emollients (macadamia, avocado, sesame, almond and sunflower oils, and squalane) that soften the surface and form a film that limits water loss, with glycerin, a humectant that attracts and retains water in the outer layers.
Peppermint essential oil produces a cool, pleasant sensation at the end of the day.
If your heels are very dry, applying a more generous layer at night and wearing cotton socks helps the film stay on your skin longer.

Daily:
- Dry feet: Apply a small amount to clean, completely dry feet.
- Massage: Apply to heels, soles, toes and insteps until absorbed.
- At night: Apply something extra to your heels and, if you like, wear cotton socks.
Peppermint oil may cause a slight tingling sensation. Do not apply to open wounds or cracks. It contains limonene, linalool, citral, geraniol, and citronellol, which may cause reactions in sensitive individuals.
